Tao of Movement: An Introduction to Movement Psychology

Have you ever noticed how differently
individuals: stand, sit, Respond ~ React,
communicate and move in their world?

Conditioned beliefs color our 'World View'
and determine how we perceive others.
How and when we initiate movement or
withdraw energy, determines the quality of
our experience, mood swings, relationships.

How we manage stress and balance our
Emotions, has a profound influence on:
our Mental, Psychological, Physical and
Spiritual States of Health and Well Being.

Repetitive, chronic Physical Postures,
'Habit Stances' and old, dysfunctional
patterns of behavior, block us from
attaining our goals, living Life fully.

Observing the way in which we move;
where and how we hold or release
tension and stress, allows the quality
of our personal Body Language to
change from stuck, 'frozen' to 'fluid'.

Awareness, empowers us to refine
our Intention and to focus Attention
on healthy relations, situations and
individuals that are Life enhancing.

Breathing awareness into stubborn
knots, of denial and pain avoidance,
allows us the opportunity to identify
and transform root causes of suffering.

Discovering what triggers our desire's
attachment to Addiction, frees us to
choose 'how we move', which changes
our self-perception, and view of Life.

 Walking a balanced Spiritual Path,
then becomes a Creative Process of:
touching, noticing, enjoying, accepting,
and releasing our personal experience.

With practice, we learn to transform
Fear-based Judgment Reactions,
into  Responsive Life Choices.
We can begin to 'Live On Purpose'
with Intention and Presence.
